Tammarrian Rogers, has over 30 years experience in the United States tech industry, has left an indelible mark through her roles at General Motors, Apple, Microsoft, and Snap. Her journey has seen her lead cross-functional teams across various product development stages, specializing in areas such as quality engineering, release management, globalization, and inclusive product engineering.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tammarrian is deeply committed to fostering safe spaces within the tech industry for BIPOC, women, and members of the LGBTQIA+ communities. Her contributions extend to serving on advisory councils and boards of nonprofit and for-profit organizations like Ada Developer’s Academy, NordVPN, and Northwest Tech Equity Initiative (NWTEI).

In November 2021, Tammarrian took a significant step by departing from her role as Snap’s first Inclusive Engineering Director to pursue what she terms “global relational healing.” Founding SARELL, she envisions a tech landscape where social well-being stands on equal footing with traditional success metrics. SARELL collaborates with companies to craft solutions that not only advance technology but also uphold community wellness as a priority.

Gratefully embracing her life as a global nomad with roots in the U.S. and U.K., Tammarrian is driven by collaborative outcomes with individuals and businesses who share her vision of leveraging emerging technology for collective healing and the realization of a peaceful, collaborative, and sustainable world.
