I met Goodman in 2019 near Kruger National in Acornhoek Town, South Africa. He was our tour guide on a walking safari. I was both impressed and deeply moved by Goodman’s enthusiasm, knowledge and pure joy tracking animals and sharing stories about his culture, the trees, plants and wildlife we encountered during our walk. We’ve remained friends since then and Goodman now has a small safari business.
